This Is He
When Elizabeth goes to Mr. Darcy’s manner. She wants to hate him because of his wealth and rudeness but she’s in awe and this is the moment where she falls in love and interest just by looking at the statues and perhaps changing her mind and letting her heart speak louder. The beautiful score by Dario Marianelli embraces the beautiful acting from Keira Knightley in one of the best scenes from the 2005 version of ‘Pride & Prejudice’.
They Killed My Son
Trying to convince Skeeter (Emma Stone) not to quit on the publication of their book, Aibileen (Viola Davis) reveals what happens to her son to motivate and to change things. A fantastic performance by Viola Davis as she brings so much realness to her character while you follow every word she says.
A scene from ‘The Help’.

It Is Possible To Die
When Virginia Woolf (Nicole Kidman) is writing in her own head the possibility of killing her main character. Laura Brown (Julianne Moore) is that generation of a Mrs. Dalloway, wanting to kill herself while she reads Woolf’s book. Virginia balances the possibilities and creates a new closure.
A powerful scene from the movie ‘The Hours’ featuring both worlds colliding in one’s work.
Gracias Por La Vivar En Las Casas
When Annie (Kristen Wiig) the maid of honor and Lilian’s best friend gives a speech when the bride’s new best friend Helen (Rose Byrne) steps in and tries to overtake it. They start this hilarious dispute to win Lilian’s attention.
A very funny scene from ‘Bridesmaids’.
Itzhak Perlman Tribute to Original Score
When in The 78th Academy Awards, Itzhak Perlman performed beautifully the five Original Nominees from that year. To me, its still the most original and touching idea from the Academy to embrace the timeless nominees from 2005. Itzhak performs a little bit of every score, from ‘Pride & Prejudice’, ‘Munich’, ‘Memoirs of a Geisha’, ‘The Constant Gardener’ and the most deserving winner: ‘Brokeback Mountain’.
Immensities
When Sir Walter Raleigh (Clive Owen) is invited to recite something for the Queen Elizabeth (Cate Blanchett) and gives this honest, believable, most romantic thought about The New World as he sees it. This scene is transporting and with the help of the score by Craig Armstrong, makes it powerful and unforgetable.
Take a close look, witness the amazing acting and the words that come from his mouth. You will fall in love.
A scene from ‘Elizabeth: The Golden Age’.
I Could Lookout For You
A mix between the most romantic and violent scene you’ll ever witness. When Ryan Gosling (Driver) wants Carey Mulligan (Irene) to understand how much she means to him and how protective he could be, but showing his violent side makes her feel scared.
One of the best scenes of 2011. From the movie ‘Drive’.
This Is Some Scurry Shit
When Brenda ruins everyone’s experience in a movie theatre while watching ‘Shakespeare In Love’ and spoiling it. This hilarious scene will be a classic amongst comedies, mostly because of Regina Hall and her perfect comedic timing.
A scene from ‘Scary Movie’.
